Terms of service

Upon purchasing a commission, you agree to respect all my Terms of Service

✦ General

✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that it extends beyond my drawing ability or comfort zone
✦ There will be no physical shipment as an option
✦ Unless you provide a deadline (in other words, purchase the priority option), the commission will be completed in my own pace which can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks all the way up to a month
✦ My artwork is allowed under personal use only and not to be transformed in any way:
-no commercial use
-no reselling
-no copying or tracing
-no use or selling of any kind in NFTs or NFT related territory
✦ All my work is uploaded on various social media, if you would prefer i dont upload your commission please state so
✦ Only the buyer is permitted to reupload the image where they lease as long as a link back to my page is provided
✦ I own the rights to all my artworks and I may use them however i please in the future unless stated otherwise by the client beforehand. Commercial fees start at 30% of the base model price, are negotiable and are usually determined around the detail of the model and rig etc.
✦ Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive. If something happens and you want to cancel your slot on the waitlist, feel free to let me know and I'll remove your slot from the list. You’re also allowed to change your character before I start your commission. However, if you've already paid and your new character is more detailed. I’m allowed to ask you to pay for the extra details.

✦ Payment

✦ Payment is accepted in USD through a PAYPAL INVOICE sent to the buyer by me beforehand or KO-FI
✦ Along with the commission price, the buyer also pays the Paypal fee included in the invoice
✦ Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay the FULL PRICE within 48 hours of me providing the initial wip. I do not accept payment plans or split payments.
✦ The price may vary bettween different commissions due to complexity of the subject matter
✦ Any mistakes made due to an unclear character reference or lack of information abt the character will be charged with additional fees to be corrected
✦ In case of me cancelling a commission upon being unable to finish, the buyer reserves a right to a full or partial refund. HOWEVER, if the BUYER is the one cancelling, only a partial refund will be provided (depending on the stage in which the commission is at that point in time)

✦ Work process

✦ As a buyer, after submitting a filled out commission form found on the commission prices page along with all the required references and info, you will be contacted back and either your commission will be put on my waiting list (unless your order is marked as a priority order) or if a spot is available, i will start working on it right away.
✦ I will frequently update you on progress when i start and how long approximately the commission will take to be completed.
✦ Unless a very specific description of the desired artwork outcome is provided, i will make a few rough sketches and give you the option of choosing your favourite one before continuing on the artwork.
✦ After being provided the first wip, you will recieve an invoice and are required to provide the FULL PAYMENT within 48 hours, otherwise I will not continue the work on the commission
✦ After i have recieved the payment and have continued the work, you will recieve frequent updates and wips on your order
✦ Once I complete the commission it will be sent to you via email that you provide to me in your commission form
